Designers block is often a term given to phenomenon whereby designers/artist suffer a mental block. Weve all suffer this at some time or the other. Recently there have been lots of new faces appearing in the Community Relations team as open positions for Gallery Moderators have been filled. I joined the CR team as a volunteer Gallery Moderator last November along with a bunch of other people, and even more new GMs have joined over the last couple of weeks. All these new additions to the team can spark interest in volunteering for dA and can inspire people to ask "What can I do to support my favourite gallery?".
